East Midlands Baptist Association is committed to resourcing and inspiring in Gospel mission.  There are 157 churches in varied contexts from small rural to large suburban.  The association covers Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Peterborough and partners in worship, fellowship and mission.  The staff team Dianne Tidball, Mike Fegredo, Tony Haley and Becky Hardiman are committed to encouraging and supporting leaders of churches pastorally, in mission and with the host of issues which churches face from buildings to finance.  We work with the hope of seeing God’s kingdom more fully established amongst us.

Evangelism in Leicester

Training morning. Please bring a packed lunch as this event continues in the afternoon.

The afternoon is spent on the streets. Various events around the theme ’ VIP’ showing people that they are a very important person to God.

Evening

7pm Aylestone BC , Lutterworth Road, Aylestone Leicester, LE2 8PE - VIP dinner for young people (11-18s)  The after-dinner speaker to be Chris will be inspiring them to know they are VIPs and how to share that with their peers. Drama from the Ncounter group.

Sunday 27th May

Equipping 20/30s. 9.00am – 1.30pm

Start with breakfast at church followed by training and an opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in the city. Bring a packed lunch

‘Authentic Evangelism in a Rural Context’ starting at 3.30pm. Address and workshop for rural churches to help plan a future evangelistic event. This event runs until tea at 5.00pm and is followed by an evening celebration at 6.30pm.
